The Clinton Business Improvement Association proudly sponsors our 3rd Annual Scarecrow Festival and welcomes you to come out and enjoy the day.

- The festival once again will celebrate the festive fall season and promote Clinton not only to our own community but also to our friends & neighbours as a great town to live, shop, dine & visit.
The Scarecrow Contest is the heart of the festival and is a fun way to bring Clinton businesses, families and friends together. Whether your scarecrow entry is Traditional, Whimsical, Children's, Business or the crowd favourite - The People’s Choice there is something for everyone. Winners in all categories are chosen by popular vote by festival visitors. Each entry receives a voting number, which is displayed with their scarecrow. Ballots are available at the Ballot Booth in Millennium Park and include all categories. First place winner of the Children's, Traditional & Whimsical will receive a $100 Cash Prize. The Business winner will win a 1/4 page advertisement in the Clinton News Record. Contest Information, Rules & Entry Forms are available at Bartliff's Bakery, Wilson's Digital Printers & Office Supply, Godfather’s Pizza, and Side Street Video or online HERE. The day will be filled with numerous activities, we guarantee there is something for everyone to enjoy!
- Voters get in on the fun - a random voting ballot will be drawn to win the Sammy Scarecrow’s Family Grand Prize - valued at $250. The draw will take place at Millennium park at 4:00 p.m. and you must be present to win.
We encourage local residents to festively decorate their homes, lawns and businesses for this fall event to really welcome visitors into our fantastic community!
